Property Management Services

AJP Holiday Lets offers a complete property management service to owners who wish to rent out their properties, on a holiday lets basis, with little or no involvement. Due to our office being located in Santa Maria Town Centre, we are able to manage your properties efficiently and reliably. We provide items such as bed linen, towels, baby cots and various other accessories required to cover our guests' needs. Maintenance, decorating and regular checks of properties are also included. Our objective is to provide the highest level of service to both owners and guests. 

Advertising, promoting and building a large network is a priority. We have a variety of partners, in Sal and internationally, which is constantly increasing.

  • Key holding and weekly inspections.
  • Pre - arrival clean and inspection.
  • Personal and friendly greeting of guests.
  • Laundry washing and ironing.
  • Regular cleaning (enabling rental at short notice), cleaning materials and basic welcome pack.

  • Furniture purchasing.
  • Various other items and services provided on guest requests (within reason).

We recommend that an insurance policy is put in place (contents & liability), which we can arrange.
